Background: Adolescents are individuals who is 10-19 years old. Physical and psychological changes in adolescence makes a big problem that arises from physical and psychological development as well as the environment that can improve health problems. Premarital sexual nexual behavior in adolescents is still relatively high. The height of premaritasl sexual behaviour in adolescents is influence by several factors, which is one is the interaction of male and female on Islamic value that is not fully understood and many consider that is to be common because Islamic aqeedah no longer foudation in life. Objective: To determine the correlation between knowledge of interaction male and female on islamic value and sexual behavior of adolescents Methodology: This research is quantitative research with correlational designs. Design of this research used cross sectional approach. Sampling method is simple random sampling as many as 145 people according to the inclusion criteria. The correlation used to determine the correlation between knowledge of interaction male and female on islamic value and sexual behavior of adolescents questionnaires about the value of Islam with premarital sex using the Spearmen Rank Test. Results: Based on Spearmen Test, obtained (p value 0,000 <0,05) which means there is a significant correlation between knowledge of interaction male and female on islamic value and sexual behavior of adolescents Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between knowledge of interaction male and female on islamic value and sexual behavior of adolescents
