dc.descriptionThis research was conducted aiming to find out and analyze the influence of the use, ease, safety, and trust toward the customer interest using internet banking. The objects in this research were the customers of BNI Sharia Bank Branch Office Surakarta. The sample collection technique in this research used purposive sampling technique with 100 respondents. The respondents chosen in this research were the respondents having criteria set by the researcher that is the customers adopting internet banking. The data collection applied survey method using questionnaire. Based on the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis result, it is found that the variables of use, ease, and trust have positive and significant influence toward the interest using internet banking. meanwhile the security variable has negative and significant influence on the interest in using internet banking.en_US
