Choking is a common occurrence in the society. Many people are not too worried about it. Incident of choking include the realm of emergencies that must be dealt immediately. Readiness for proper handling in cases of choking will be increase the success and the survival rate. Mothers who have higher beliefs tend to have or show a harder effort to handle choking cases to her children. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to study the level of knowledge of mothers on choking handlers in children Research Methods: This research uses descriptive cross sectional research design with purposive sampling technique. Research Results & Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents are housewives who are mostly aged 35-47 years, the results of this study indicate the level of knowledge of mothers in handling choking in children in the adequate category
