| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Skizofrenia merupakan penyakit otak persisten yang dapat mengakibatkan perubahan perilaku psikotik, kesulitan dalam memecahkan masalah, dan kesulitan dalam memproses informasi. Skizofrenia memberikan pengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup pasien yang akan memberikan dampak pada ketidaknyamanan, dapat menimbulkan suatu penyakit fisik bahkan kematian. Kualitas hidup pasien skizofrenia dipengaruhi oleh status pernikahan, individu yang menikah akan mendapatkan dukungan sosial dari pasangannya yang menyebabkan meningkatnya kualitas hidup individu tersebut.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara status pernikahan dengan kualitas hidup pasien skizofrenia.
Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah non-eksperimen dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang. Instrumen kualitas hidup dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Lehman Quality of Life Interview.
Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis korelasi antara status pernikahan dengan kualitas hidup pasien skizofrenia yang menggunakan uji korelasi non parametrik Spearman Rho diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,415 (p>0,05). Nilai r= -0,112 yang menunjukkan arah korelasi negatif dengan kekuatan hubungan sangat lemah yang artinya tidak ada hubungan antara status pernikahan dengan kualitas hidup pasien skizofrenia.
Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara status pernikahan dengan kualitas hidup pasien skizofrenia. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background : Schizophrenia is a persistent brain disease that can lead to changes in psychotic behavior, difficulties in solving problems, and difficulties in processing information. Schizophrenia has an effect on the quality of life of patients who will have an impact on discomfort, can cause a physical illness and even death. The quality of life of schizophrenic patients is influenced by marital status, married individuals will get social support from their partners which causes an increase in the quality of life of these individuals.
Objective : To find out whether there is a relationship between marital status and the quality of life of schizophrenic patients.
Research Methods : This type of research is non-experimental with quantitative methods and cross sectional approaches. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people. The quality of life instruments in this study used Lehman Quality of Life Interview.
Results : Based on the results of the analysis of marital status with the quality of life of schizophrenic patients using the Spearman Rho non-parametric comparison test obtained a significant value of 0.415 (p> 0.05). The value of r = -0,112 which shows a negative direction with the strength of a very weak relationship that has no relationship between marital status and the quality of life of schizophrenic patients.
Conclusion : There was no correlation between marital status and quality of life for schizophrenic patients. | en_US |
