| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profil resiko, good corporate governance, Earning, dan Permodalan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017 dengan pemilihan sampel purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 149.Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profil resiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, good corporate governance berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, earning berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan permodalan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of risk profiles, good corporate governance, earning, and capital on firm value. The sample used in this study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017 with a purposive sampling sample selection. The number of samples in this study were 149. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression.
The results of this study prove that the risk profile does not affect the value of the company, good corporate governance has a positive effect on firm value, earnings have a positive effect on firm value, and capital has a positive effect on firm value.
