PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEGUNAAN, PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN, KEAMANAN DAN KERAHASIAAN, SIKAP TERHADAP PERILAKU DAN KESIAPAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN E-FILING (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI DI KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA WONOSARI)
Abstract
This research aims to explain and analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, security and privacy, attitude toward behavior and technology readiness for the use e-Filling by individual tax payers in Pratama Tax Service Office. The selection of the sample is determined based on convenience sampling method. Data used in tih study was primary data by distributing a questionnaires to individual taxpayers. Analysis technique which used were multiple regression analysis by SPSS version 16.
The results of this research showed that: (1) Perceived of Ease of Use, Security and Privacy and Technology Readiness do not influence toward e-Filing use (2) Perceived Usefulness and Attitude Toward Behavior give a positive influence toward E-Filing Use.
