| dc.description | Waktu, kualitas dan biaya adalah tiga hal terpenting sangat mempengaruhi
terhadap keberhasilan dan kegagalan suatu proyek. Suatu proyek dilaksanakan
dengan biaya dan durasi yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya, tetapi dalam
pelaksanaannya sering kali tidak sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung perubahan biaya dengan cara
menambahkan jam kerja (lembur) dan menambahkan tenaga kerja sehingga hasil
keduanya akan dibandingkan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode
Duration Cost Trade Off dengan bantuan Aplikasi Microsoft Project 2013. Hasil
penelitian yang dilakukan, untuk penambahan lembur 1 jam menurun sebesar Rp
216,766,289.01 dan perubahan durasi menurun 122.43 hari. Untuk penambahan
lembur 2 jam menurun sebesar Rp 357,484,452.58 dan perubahan durasi menurun
94.05 hari. Untuk penambahan lembur 3 jam menurun sebesar Rp 457,231,827.72
dan perubahan durasi menurun 73.19 hari. Sementara untuk penambahan tenaga
kerja selama 1 jam menurun sebesar Rp 227,406,477.40 dan perubahan durasi
menurun 94,05 hari. Untuk penambahan tenaga kerja selama 2 jam menurun
sebesar Rp 390,751,942.47 dan perubahan durasi menurun 94,05 hari. Untuk
penambahan tenaga kerja selama 3 jam menurun sebesar Rp. 510,760,033.11 dan
perubahan durasi menurun 73.19 hari. Dari analisis yang dilakukan hasil paling
optimal terjadi apabila dilakukan penambahan tenaga kerja selam 3 jam yaitu Rp
510,760,033.11 dan durasi percepatan menjadi 73.19 hari | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The time, quality, and cost are three important greatly affect the success
and failure of a project. A project was implemented by the pre-planned cost and
duration, but implementation often not in accordance with what has been
planned. The purpose of this research is to calculate the cost change way to add
working hours (overtime) and add labor so that the results of both will be
compared. Data analysis is used Duration Cost Trade Off Method with the help of
Microsoft Project 2013 Application. From the research conducted, for the
addition of overtime 1 hour decreased by Rp 216,766,289.01 and change the
duration decreased 122.43 days. For 2 hours overtime decreased by Rp
357,484,452.58 and change in duration decreased 94.05 days. For the addition of
overtime 3 hours decreased by Rp 457,231,827.72 and change of duration
decreased 73.19 days. While for the addition of labor for 1 hour decreased by Rp
227,406,477.40 and change the duration decreased 122.43 days. For the addition
of labor for 2 hours decreased by Rp 390,751,942.47 and change of duration
decreased 94,05 days. For the addition of workforce for 3 hours decreased by Rp
510,760,033.11 and change of duration decreased 73.19 days. From the analysis
performed the most optimal results occur when the addition of workforce for 3
hours is Rp 510,760,033.11 and the duration of acceleration to 73.19 days. | en_US |
