PERBANDINGAN METODE PERKIRAAN LAJU INFILTRASI PADA WILAYAH YOGYAKARTA (STUDI KASUS WILAYAH DAS GAJAH WONG)
Abstract
Infiltration is a process of entering water to the soil vertically and horizontally. Location of this study is at Gajah Wong Watershed using double ring infiltrometer. This tools use 2 cylindrical ring made from steel, alumunium or alloy with 500 mm height, 300 mm inner diameter, 450-600 mm outer diameter, and 3 mm thickness. Based of SNI 7752:2012, this tools planted 15cm depth on soil to avoid leaks horizontally. The data obtained such as infiltration rate, permeability, density, and soil water content are used to analyze using Philip Equation and compare with Horton Equation. Result of this method comparison is both method are fine to used. Because the curve result of Horton and Philip Equation are close from the real measurement field.
