This study aims to examine the role of the BAZNAS caring program, namely home surgery assistance to alleviate poverty and realize comfortable homes based on the goals of sustainable development goals.This research can be used as a benchmark for how the scope of home surgery to alleviate poverty in home ownership is according to the BPS criteria. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely expressing the facts that occur in the field, how the role of home surgery is to alleviate poverty and create a decent home. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The subject of this study was the recipient community in the last three years and also entirely fulfilled the requirements to get home surgery assistance. Based on the research conducted, it shows that home surgery assistance can be said to be successful based on a good planning system, participation from various institutions, the participation of the surrounding community, and village officials.
