This research is aimed at: 1) analyzing the strategy of IMM FAI to internalize humanity, 2) analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors for IMM FAI to internalize humanity. This research used qualitative approach with the type of descriptive qualitative. The subject of the research were 4 administrators from 2016 batch and 3 cadres from 2018 batch of IMM FAI period 2018/2019. Data was compiled through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done in several phases such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion by compiling data based on factual evidence as well as observation. The result indicated that: 1) The strategy implemented by Muhammadiyah Student Committee of Faculty of Islamic Religion Commissariat to internalize humanity within its cadre was employed in several fields of structural organization, covering 3 fields those were cadre recruitment field through basic darul arqom, recitation or humanity discussion and monitoring; wisdom field through prayer for the nation program, fund raise and recitation in the topic of nationality; social and society empowerment field through community service, Qur’an recitation education program (TPA), qurban safari and discussion. The supporting factors included the administrators’ enthusiasm in preparing the events of each field, the administrators’ cooperation in holding the events, the support form seniors of IMM in holding the events, and also the infrastructures in holding the events. The inhibiting factors included the lack of cadres’ enthusiasm and awareness in participating in the events, the high egocentrism of the respective cadre, the clash between college and event schedule, and the varied excuses to avoid participating in IMM events.
