| dc.description | Entrepreneurial Character study of the “emping mlinjo” home industri was done in Bantul
district in the Yogyakarta Special Therritory. The study aims to determine the character of
the entrepreneurs and analyzed its relationship with totaly business performance , and in
terms of the efficiency too . To find out the entrepreneurial character with descriptive
analysis based on data assessed with Liekert’s scales and to determine the relationship
between entrepreneurial character with efficiency and the company performance is
analyzed with regressi analysis. The results of the analysis are that: Company performance
is significantly affected by a 90% confidence interval by: 1). implementation which is a
support for the entrepreneurial character of achievement motivation. 2). Profit
development and the development of information technology utilization that is a supporter
of entrepreneurial character face up of changes. 3). Availability of raw materials and
family support that are supporters of external factors. Business efficiency is significantly
