Abstract
This study aims to determine what factors influence the community in the Air Sebayur Village due to the environmental impact of the coal mining industry activities. The subjects in this study were the people of Air Sebayur Village who lived alongside the coal mining road and in the interior of the village. In this study a sample of 100 respondents was selected using the Non-Probability Sampling method, which is Purposive Sampling. The analytical tool used is Factor Analysis.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that there are 2 factors which are formed from 5 variables and are significant. These factors are: (1) Variables of environmental factors are variable costs of dust compensation with a loading factor value of 0.740. Then the variable sweeps the house and sweeps the porch of the house with the loading factor values of 0.879 and 0.899. (2) Variables of health factors are variables of health costs and types of diseases with loading factor values which are 0.987 and 0.987.
