Woman, one of genders which is often constructed negatively in society. This makes women live as if being standardized and tamed by rules or opinions which are then considered as God’s will. At this point, women are placed in aggrieved position, considering men hold important role in construction of women. Feminism ideology or movement presents to criticize that case. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of symbols of feminism which are implemented through this movie. This is a qualitative research which uses semiotic methods by Roland Barthes. This approach aims to find out denotation and connotation meaning (2 levels of signification). Here, the myth formed in society has an influence on the process of meaning. Through semiotics, meanings can be excavated from many signs that researcher chose through scenes in Ocean’s Eight (2018) movie produced by Warner Bros Pictures, directed by Gary Ross. Moreover, methods of collecting data in this research uses literature reviews and documents. The result obtained from this research is the representations pf feminism types are implemented in this movie. Counted there are 5 representations in this context, i.e. women in decision making (liberal feminism), independent women (existentialism feminism), sex and ownership of power (radical feminism), women leadership (liberal feminism), also multicultural element (multicultural and global feminism). Moreover, this movie is also dominated by female figures and here women become holders of storyline. Through this movie, the representations obtained tend to deny myths and social constructions that tend to harm women.
