| dc.description | Perubahan Iklim yang terjadi selama ini sudah sangat mengkhawatirkan dan penting untuk di bahas lebih lanjut , mengingat dampak negatif perubahan iklim mulai di rasakan hingga saat ini. Penyebab utama perubahan iklim terjadi akibat dari Deforestasi hutan. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang merupakan negara dengan tingkat deforestasi hutan tertinggi di Dunia . Kerusakan hutan di Indonesia perlu di cegah agar dampak yang di timbulkan dari perubahan iklim tidak semakin parah. Dalam rangka Mitigasi perubahan iklim di sektor kehutanan Pemerintah Indonesia dan Pemerintah Jerman berkomitmen untuk menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca dari sektor kehutanan secara bersama.
Skripsi ini akan menjelaskan mengenai Peran yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Jerman dalam mengatasi deforestasi hutan dan perubahan Iklim di Indonesia dengan studi kasus di Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu melalui Program Forest and Climate Change di Kalimantan , Berau,Malinau Dan Kapuas Hulu. Program ini berakhir di tahun 2020 mendatang dan hingga saat ini Forclime berupaya dalam rangka menurunkan emisi gas rumah kaca dengan mengurangi laju deforestasi hutan di tingkat tapak (Kabupaten). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Climate change that has happened so far very worrying and important to discuss further. Considering the negative impacts of climate change are beginning to be felt at this time. The main causes of climate change occur due to deforestation of the forest. Indonesia as a developing country is a country with the highest deforestation rate in the world. Deforestation in Indonesia needs to be prevented so that the impact caused by climate change is not getting worse. In terms of climate change mitigation in the Forestry Sector, the Government of Indonesia and the Government of German are committed to joined reducing the emission of greenhouses from the forestry sector.
This thesis will explain the role of German government’s in addressing deforestation and climate change in Indonesia with a case study in Kapuas Hulu District through the Forest and Climate Change Program in Kalimantan. This program ends in 2020 and to date Forclime is working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by reducing the rate of deforestation at the site level (District). | en_US |
