Abstract
Multinational Corporation (MNC) is a company that cooperates among two countries or more. MNC has one head office (Home Country) and has many branches (Host country) spread in several countries. The Coca-Cola company is one of the largest beverage companies in the world from Atlanta US. The Coca-Cola company re-entered India in 1993. Haryana is one of the industrial areas in India where the Coca-Cola company located. The existence of The Coca-Cola company, it helps the economic growth in India. In 2012 The Coca-Cola company invested US $5 to the Indian government. The economic growth also seen through the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and an increase per capita income.
