| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Perawat dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, perawat harus profesional agar kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan semakin meningkat. Meningkatnya tuntutan tugas yang dimiliki seorang perawat maka dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya beban kerja. Penelitian Megawaty mengenai Hubungan Efek Fisiologis jadwal dinas Malam Dan Kinerja Perawat Di Ruang Icu RSUD Kabupaten Malinau, nilai rata-rata dari efekfisiologis jadwal dinas malam RSUD kabupaten Malinau adalah ( 8,879) dan nilai rata rata dari kinerja perawat adalah (3,497) ini berarti ada hubungan yang bermakna antara efek fisiologis jadwal dinas malam dengan kinerja perawat. Tujuan:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja perawat jadwal dinas malam di ruang rawat inap RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
Metode:Design penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik nonprobability Sampling, yaitu total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian yaitu ceklist.
Hasil: kinerja perawat saat dinas malam 64,3 % (9 responden) baik dan 35,7 (5 responden) kurang baik.
Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar kinerja perawat shift malam baik. Saran, sebagai bahan masukan dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalitas pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada pasien rawat inap di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. | en_US |

Objective: This study purpose the performance schedule for night shift nurse in the inpatient unit PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta Methods: Design of this research will use quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is the technique nonprobability Sampling, is total sampling. research using research instruments is ceklist.
Results: Nurses performance night shift 64,3 % (nine respondents) good performance and 35.7% ( five respondents) less good.
