      Abstract
      Background: Nurses are required to improve the quality of health services to the community. Therefore, nurses must be professional so that the quality of health services provided has increased. The increasing demands of the task that is owned by a nurse, it can cause increased workload). Regarding Relations Physiological Effects schedule office hours And Performance Nurses Lounge Icu Hospital Malinau District, the average value of physiological effects scheduled night shift district hospitals Malinau is (8.879) and the average of the performance of nurses is (3.497) this means there is a significant relationship between physiological effects schedule with a night shift nurse performance. Objective: This study purpose the performance schedule for night shift nurse in the inpatient unit PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta Methods: Design of this research will use quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is the technique nonprobability Sampling, is total sampling. research using research instruments is ceklist. Results: Nurses performance night shift 64,3 % (nine respondents) good performance and 35.7% ( five respondents) less good. Conclusion: most of the nurse performance is good. Suggestion, as inputs in order to increase the professionalis of nursing care in hospitalized patients
