Background: Nurses are required to improve the quality of health services to the community. Therefore, nurses must be professional so that the quality of health services provided has increased. Objective: This study purpose the performance schedule for night shift nurse in the inpatient unit PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta Methods: Design of this research will use quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is the technique nonprobability Sampling, is total sampling. research using research instruments is ceklist. Results: Nurses performance night shift 64,3 % (nine respondents) good performance and 35.7% ( five respondents) less good. Conclusion: most of the nurse performance is good. Suggestion, as inputs in order to increase the professionalis of nursing care in hospitalized patients
