This study aims to determine the factors that influence milk production and income of dairy cattle business members of KPBS Pangalengan. Determination of the location of the study was done purposively, at Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, West Java. Then the respondents were determinate purposively, at Cipanas group KPBS Pangalengan, and for the number of respondents determined based on the available quota of 60 respondents. Respondents were taken using the stratified random sampling method based on the number of cattle ownership. The data obtained will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis of Cobb-Douglass production function and income analyze. The multiple regression results showed that the factors of influence significantly on cow milk production were ownership of lactation dairy cattle, and dairy cattle age While for other factors such as the provision of forage, concentrates, and the experience of dairy cattle raising does not have a significant effect on milk production. Receipt received by each farmer is Rp. 24.552,245 / year or Rp. 2.046,020 / month.
