| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi motivasi petani dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi petani menjual biji kakao dalam bentuk basah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 60 responden sampel dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan observasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskripsi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi teknis masuk kategori tinggi, motivasi ekonomi dan social masuk kategori sedang. Motivasi teknis yang tinggi karrena tidak ada Tenaga Kerja Dalam Keluarga, tidak punya peralatan, fermentasi membutuhkan waktu lama, standar mutu tinggi dan peralatan untuk fermentasi mahal. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi petani menjual biji kakao dalam bentuk basah yaitu modal, produksi dan harga. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify the motivation of farmers and the factors that influence the motivation of farmers to sell cocoa beans in the wet form. Data collection was carried out on 60 sample respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews, and observations were then analyzed in the description. The results of the study stated that technical motivation was in the high category, economic and social motivation was in the medium category. High technical motivation because there is no Labor In the Family, no equipment, fermentation takes a long time, high quality standards and equipment for fermentation is expensive.
