This study aims to (1) Know the level of application of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) grading at PT. Kalimantan Sawit Abadi, Arut Selatan District (2) Knowing the factors that influence the level of grading SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) at PT. Kalimantan Sawit Abadi, Arut Selatan District. The analysis used is using scoring techniques of Rank Spearmant (1) grading stations at PT. Abadi Sawit Kalimantan, Arut Selatan Subdistrict, Kotawaringin Barat Regency, in the level of application of Pregrading which is divided into 4 parts, namely in the examination having a score of 40 and in the very high category in the application of SOP, the Preparation section has a score of 12 in the category very high, for weighing getting a score of 36 in the very high category, and cleaning of 16.25 with a very high level of application. The level of application of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) grading with a score of 19.4 in the medium category, while the post grading Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) found a high level of application, with a score of 13.6 (2) Factors affecting the level of implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at PT. Eternal Kalimantan Kalimantan Arut Selatan District, namely Education Level, Duration of Work, Working Time, Work Wages, and Supervision.
