      Abstract
      The objectives of this research are to find out the costs, income and profits of coffee farming and coffee processed also to find out the value added of coffee processed in Gemawang District Temanggung Regency. The research location was chosen using purposive method with consideration that the area is the coffee production center in Temanggung. The census method was used to obtain the respondents with the number of respondents consist of 21 farmers. The result showed that the costs of robusta coffee farming was Rp 10.958.706 per year, while the income was Rp 16.554.670 and the profit that received was Rp 14.004.2294 per year. The cost of processed robusta coffee amount to Rp 10.044.436 with the income was Rp 28.512.789 and profit was Rp 19.622.231,-. The value added that farmers received in robusta coffee farming sold in the form of green beans was Rp 602 per Kg, while the value added that farmer received on the processing of robusta coffee that produced coffee powder was Rp 59.386 per Kg.
