| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui profil kelompok tani,
mengetahui dinamika kelompok, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang
mempengaruhi kelompok tani Ngudi Makmur di Kabupaten Bantul. Penentuan
untuk lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan
kelompok tani ini memiliki prestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang
diambil lansung dari responden dengan cara melakukan generalisasi-konsep.
Analisis yang digunakan berupa deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa dinamika kelompok tani Ngudi Makmur berjalan fleksibel
dalam mencapai tujuannya ini dibuktikan dengan diperoleh prestasi dan
bertambahnya usaha kelompok. Aktivititas tetap berjalan karena kepemimpinan,
kekompakan,suasana, pemeliharaan, struktur dan tujuan kelompok. Faktor-faktor
yang mempengaruhi dinamika kelompok tani Ngudi Makmur seperti modal,
intensitas penyuluh, dan kemudahan informasi untuk menunjang dinamika
kelompok sehingga bisa berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan kelompok. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research are to find out
the profile of gapoktan, to know the group dynamics, and to identify the factors
that influence Ngudi makmur farmers in district Bantul. The determination for
location is done purposively by considering the achievements of this farmer. This
research uses primary data that taken directly from respondents by
generalization-concept. The analysis that used in this research is descriptivequalitative.
The result of this research show that the dynamics of Ngudi makmur
farmers are flexible in achieving their goals, this is evidenced by the achievements

continues to run well because of leadership, solidarity, maintenance, structure,
and group goals. The factors that influence the dynamics of the Ngudi makmur
farmers are funds, intensity of extension agent, and ease of information to support
