The aim of this research are to find out the profile of gapoktan, to know the group dynamics, and to identify the factors that influence Ngudi makmur farmers in district Bantul. The determination for location is done purposively by considering the achievements of this farmer. This research uses primary data that taken directly from respondents by generalization-concept. The analysis that used in this research is descriptivequalitative. The result of this research show that the dynamics of Ngudi makmur farmers are flexible in achieving their goals, this is evidenced by the achievements se of farm continues to run well because of leadership, solidarity, maintenance, structure, and group goals. The factors that influence the dynamics of the Ngudi makmur farmers are funds, intensity of extension agent, and ease of information to support group dynamics so that they can run according to their goals group.
