GAMBARAN PENGELOLAAN PERBEKALAN FARMASI DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS IBU ANAK PKU MUHAMMADIYAH KOTAGEDE TAHUN 2018
Abstract
Pharmaceutical supplies in hospitals are a cycle of activities that are interrelated and they must be managed properly so that pharmaceutical supplies in the hospital can always be fulfilled properly. In Indonesia the management of pharmaceutical supplies is regulated by the Regulation of Republic of Indonesia Health Minister Number 72 of 2016 and each hospital should carry out the process of managing pharmaceutical supplies based on existing regulations. The purpose of this study are to determine the implementation suitability of the management of pharmaceutical supplies at Pharmacy Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Child and Mother Specialty Hospital in 2018 with the Regulation of Republic of Indonesia Health Minister and also to find out the constraints and development strategies in the management of pharmaceutical supplies at the pharmacy installation.
This research is an observational descriptive study with interviews. This research was conducted from October to December 2018 in Pharmacy Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Child and Mother Specialty Hospital. Primary data in this study are obtained from the results of interviews and observations, while secondary data is obtained from the study of documents relating to the management of pharmaceutical supplies at Pharmacy Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Child and Mother Specialty Hospital. Respondents in this study amount of 7 people, consisting of 2 pharmacists and 5 pharmacy technical staff. The data is processed in a qualitative descriptive manner and compared the suitability of its implementation with the Regulation of Republic of Indonesia Health Minister Number 72 of 2016.
The results showed that the management of pharmaceutical supplies in the Pharmacy Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Child and Mother Specialty Hospital when compared with Permenkes RI Number 72 of 2016 are not good enough. This can be seen from the stages of management that are not good enough in the stage of procurement (75%), storage (65.38%), distribution (75%) and destruction (62.5%). However, there have been two stages of management that already good, namely planning (77.77%) and receipt (85.71%). There are also obstacles found in each stage of the management of pharmaceutical supplies in Pharmacy Installation of PKU Muhammadiyah Kotagede Child and Mother Specialty Hospital, so that the hospital needs to reorganize in the management of its pharmaceutical supplies.
