Background: Endodontic treatment is a treatment of the dental pulp in order to maintain vital teeth or non-vital teeth in the dental arch. Information system is a system in an organization that brings together the daily transaction processing needs that support the organizational operations functions that are managerial with the strategic activities of an organization to be able to provide certain external parties with the necessary reports. In endodontic treatment, it is necessary to use a data base technology system to provide information on medical record data with a broad scope that uses a complete search feature to make it easier for operators to help the doctor's performance in analyzing all patient medical records. Objective: To help evaluate the success of root canal treatment and its restoration using a technologybased system. Method: This research made an information system as a database for endodontic treatment using secondary data of patients at RSGM UMY in the last 5 years. Conclusion: A website-based data base system that has been made can make it easier for operators to carry out analysis and evaluation of care for patients, in a website database system a feature is also available to find patient data by name, medical record number, age, sex, tooth elmen, date of visit, diagnosis, and treatment.
