Background. Utilization rate is a probability number of the occurrence of health care service, obtained by formula “the number of visits devided by the number of all participants and than multiplied by 100%”. Utilization rate of dental health service in National Health Insurance era, used to establish of dentist capitation with the number estimate as big as ±2.03%. Utlization rate can be influenced by geographical region, such as urban, sub urban, and rural Objective. To know the utilization rate in dental health service base on the kind of diseases and the kind of treatment at the primary health care. Method. The research is observational descriptive by doing medical record data analys of BPJS patient at the Mergangsan, Temon I, and Dlingo I primary health care, than will be account the number of utilizatin rate. Result. The result of utilization rate showed that base on the kind of diseases and treatment, Mergangsan has UR 0.76% and 1.03%, Temon I has UR 1.00% and 1.60%, and the last Dlingo I has UR 0.40% and 0.41%. Conclusion. Utilization rate in dental health service at Mergangsan, Temon I, and Dlingo I primary health care is under utilization
