There are several parameters that are used to measure the reliability of distribution network that is by way of calculation of reliability index using SAIFI (System Average Interuption frequency Index) and reliability index SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index), having obtained the reliability index calculation results will then be compared with the standard SPLN No. 68-2 1986 and IEEE std 1366-2003 as a parameter or a benchmark level of reliability of distribution network in an area especially in pt. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ranai Natuna Distric. On the basis of the calculation, comparison, and analysis that has been done to the data obtained from PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ranai Natuna Distric then it can be said that the reliability in the distribution network in pt. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ranai Natuna Distric have not yet fully reliable. Because the value of the measured reliability indices on PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Ranai Natuna Distric have yet to fully meet the existing standard.
