      Abstract
A risk is an adverse event or that is harmful and has a negative impact on the project. Risk is directly related to the possibility of unexpected events or events. Risk identification aims to identify all possible hazards or risks that might occur in the activity environment and how the severity of the impact. In general, the construction of this building has many risks, including the risk of work delays. This study aims to analyze what factors influence the duration of work. In this study, data is taken from the Work Breakdown Structure originating from a hotel development project, then analyzed by creating a network planning using the Activity On Note (AON) method after which critical paths and critical activities are obtained. This critical activity will identify events and impacts. Assessment of events and impacts is carried out by interviewing relevant parties by filling out questionnaires based on experience and events in the field. The results are obtained from the identification of events (events) and impacts (impact) of each job that is in the project, then the data is processed using the Risk = event x Impact approach whose results are displayed with the Risk Matrix. The results of data processing in this study indicate that high-risk jobs causing delays in the project are earthwork activities with a mean risk value of 7.2 and preparation activities with an average risk score of 5.8. Both of these jobs are in the moderate risk category.
