Earthquake affecting the buildings near the earthquake area. That factors influencing the building damages caused by the earthquake are strength, depth, duration of the earthquake vibration, soil conditions and the building condition. This study aims to analyze the vulnerability of Pasar Rumput Flat Buildings to the earthquake. This study using quantitative method by observation on study location, collecting data is done by surveying on study location. The results of the analysis potentially the buildings to collapse from the earthquake form is equal to 0.501187% obtained from the final value of S is 2.3 which is greater than the minimum value is 2.
