ANALISIS NILAI TEGANGAN SENTUH DAN TEGANGAN LANGKAH PADA GARDU INDUK 150 KV KENTUNGAN
Abstract
In this research, the writer analyzes the value of touch voltage and step voltage in substation 150 KV Kentungan. It aims to analyze if the value of touch voltage and step voltage in substation 150 KV Kentungan has met the standard according to IEEE Std. 80 Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding. In this research, the counting of soil resistance value, fibrillation current value, touch voltage value limit, step voltage value limit, actual touch voltage, actual step voltage, and circuit resistance value was taken in substation 150 KV Kentungan. Based on the research results, the touch voltage value limit having workers with 50 kg weight is 412,942 Volt. Meanwhile, it is 557,472 Volt when having workers with 70 kg weight. The actual touch value when there is noise current in phase R is 2,618 Volt while it reaches 40,579 Volt when the noise current occurs in phase S. On the other hand, the actual touch value is 29, 845 Volt when the noise current occurs in phase T. These values have met the IEEE Std. 80 Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding. The step voltage value limit having workers with 50 kg weight is 451, 768 Volt. Meanwhile, it is 609, 887 Volt when having workers with 70 kg weight. The actual step value when there is noise current in phase R is 2, 742 Volt while it reaches 42, 501 Volt when the noise current occurs in phase S. Besides, the actual step value is 31, 259 Volt when the noise current occurs in phase T. These values have met the IEEE Std. 80 Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding. In accordance with the results, it can be concluded that the touch voltage value and step voltage value in substation 150 KV Kentungan have met the IEEE Std. 80 Guide for Safety in AC Substation Grounding.
