| dc.description | Faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan dan kegagalan pada proyek adalah waktu dan biaya. Tolak ukur dalam keberhasilan suatu proyek dilihat pada penyelesaian proyek tersebut yang singkat dengan biaya yang minimal tetapi tidak melupakan mutu hasil akhir suatu pekerjaan. Beberapa cara yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan proyek yang efektif dan efisien salah satunya dengan cara melakukan perbandingan durasi dan biaya dalam penambahan jam kerja lembur pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Penyusunan penjadwalan menggunakan Microsoft Project 2010 dengan metode Duration cost trade off, beberapa hasil analisa dari program Microsoft Project 2010 adalah kenaikan biaya akibat dari penambahan jam kerja (lembur) dan lintasan kriris sedangkan hasil dari metode Duration cost trade off adalah percepatan durasi dan kenaikan biaya akibat percepatan durasi dalam setiap kegiatan yang dipercepat. Hasil analisis dapat dilihat bahwa pada kondisi normal total biaya sebesar Rp.3.792.480.354,97 dengan durasi 102 hari. Dan hasil analisis pada kondisi lembur 1 jam didapat biaya optimum sebesar Rp. 3.688.314.611,781 dengan durasi total 87 hari lebih efektif 14,7 % dari durasi normal, untuk penambahan jam lembur 2 jam didapat biaya optimum sebesar Rp. 3.680.990.969,475 dengan durasi 84,80 hari lebih efektif 19,53% dari durasi normal dan pada penambahan jam lembur 3 jam didapat harga yaitu Rp. 3.642.900.062,056 dengan durasi 79,53hari lebih efektif 25,52 %. | en_US |

Several ways are carried out to produce an effective and efficient project, one of which is by comparing the duration and cost of adding overtime hours to the construction project. The scheduling uses the Microsoft Project 2010 with the Duration cost trade off method, some of the results of the analysis of the Microsoft Project 2010 program are the increase in costs due to the addition of working hours (overtime) and critical paths while the results of the Duration cost trade off method are the acceleration of the duration and the increase in costs due to the acceleration of the duration in each accelerated activity.
