Benchmarks in the success of a project are seen in the short completion of the project with minimal costs but do not forget the quality of the final results of a job. Several ways are carried out to produce an effective and efficient project, one of which is by comparing the duration and cost of adding overtime hours to the construction project. The scheduling uses the Microsoft Project 2010 with the Duration cost trade off method, some of the results of the analysis of the Microsoft Project 2010 program are the increase in costs due to the addition of working hours (overtime) and critical paths while the results of the Duration cost trade off method are the acceleration of the duration and the increase in costs due to the acceleration of the duration in each accelerated activity. The results of the analysis can be seen that under normal conditions the total cost of Rp.3,792,480,354.97 with a duration of 102 days. And the results of the analysis under 1 hour overtime conditions obtained the optimum cost of Rp. 3,688,314,611,781 with a total duration of 87 days 14.7% more effective than the normal duration, for the addition of 2-hour overtime hours the optimum cost of Rp. 3,680,990,969,475 with a duration of 84.80 days 19.53% more effective than the normal duration and the addition of 3-hour overtime hours obtained price of Rp. 3,642,900,062,056 with a duration of 79.53 days more effective 25.52%.
