      Abstract
      The warehouse is a building that serves as a place for storing goods and logistics. Warehouse construction generally uses steel construction. In the Special Region of Yogyakarta there are still many cases of work accidents in a development project activity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of workplace accidents that occur and analyze what affects them.This research is carried out by the method of risk assessment in each work activity. From the data obtained there are 14 jobs with 48 sub-jobs and in each sub-work has the potential for work accident events that are assessed in the risk assessment method. In 14 jobs each has a risk value, among others, preparation work risk value 4,18, drainage work risk value 5,78, earthwork risk value 5,98, foundation work risk value 7,56, pile work stamp risk value 4,55, tie beam work risk value 4,87, floor plate work risk value 5,41, steel column work risk value 6,94, steel beam work risk value 7,23, cladding work risk value 6,67, wall work risk value 5,32, roof work risk value 7,18, canopy work risk value 6,55, and finishing work risk value 5,75. The results of the average risk value of this warehouse construction project work have a risk value of scale 5,997 which means the potential for workplace accidents in this development project is included in the medium risk category
