Designation a main-contractor and subcontractor to performing construction works is very substantial and critical. The elimination and the value system method (Merit Point System) are considered to be used to obtain proper services with sufficient quantities, high quality and optimize prices among responsive bidders, in a certain time and place, efficiently, effectively, transparent, fair, according to the provisions and procedures. This research conducted by the secondary auction data of Pembangunan Ruang Perawatan Puskesmas located at East Kalimantan Province. The combined value of using the elimination method with a technical percentage of 70% and 30% for CV expenses. IB surpassed combined value of 75,56 while CV. RA is 30,45 and CV. RKT for 30,30. The combined value obtained from calculating the value system method by using 3 variants percentage for comparison, the results are CV. IB has a higher combined value than CV. RA and CV. RKT. As shown from the two methods CV. IB which has the highest combined value, so CV. IB is determined to be the winner in this auction process.
