      Abstract
      The successful completion of a project is strongly influenced by certain factors, including short completion times and low costs but does not neglect the quality of work that will be produced at the end of the project. One way that can be done to produce an effective and efficient project is by comparing construction costs to additional working hours and increasing the quantity of heavy equipment, choosing accelerated critical jobs is a very important option to know the optimal cost and time if accelerating the job. Arranged and systematic project management is needed to ensure the time of completion of project work in accordance with the contract or faster so as not to exceed the budgeted and avoid penalties due to late completion of the project. In this case the method used is the Time Cost Trade Off method with the help of the Microsoft Project program. The results of this study show that the cost after the acceleration calculation with the addition of working hours and the addition of tools is that the acceleration of the addition of equipment for 3 hours with a crashing duration of 85.70 days with a cost of Rp. 5,484,678,214.67 is more efficient and cheaper compared to the addition of working hours and also cheaper than the costs that must be incurred if the project experiences a delay in the completion of the work
