PENILAIAN FAKTOR RESIKO KETERLAMBATAN PADA PROYEK BANGUNAN BERTINGKAT RSUD LANGENSARI KOTA BANJAR
Abstract
Project Delay Risk is the possibility of unplanned or unexpected events in the construction process that can create an inherent risk on the project that will cause losses to various parties, especially in terms of time. Therefore it is necessary to make an assessment of multi-storey buildings to minimize or prevent the risk of delays in a project. The method used in this study is the study of literature with relevant theories and field studies by observing and then analyzing using the Risk Matrix method, Activity On Node Diagram and then proceeding to identify through interviews with experts who are experienced in the field so that they can determine the factors of delay that occurs in the field so that delays in projects, especially in two-storey buildings can be avoided or controlled. The results of this study indicate that work that has the highest risk level is in the upper structure work and can affect the jobs thereafter.
