This study aims to Analyze the Factors Affecting Bond Levels. Subjects in the study are all companies that issue bonds and are sustainable in 2014-2017. In this research, there were 318 selected by purposive sampling method. The quality of the data used in this study is a test of logistic regression analysis. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results that Profitabilias and company growth significantly influence bond ratings.
