PERANCANGAN SEPEDA TREADMILL HYBRID HELICLE (RANGKA DAN SISTEM TRANSMISI)
Abstract
Bike treadmill hybrid helicle is a new innovation from vehicles saving energy is designed to overcome problems in Indonesia such as air pollution, congestion, physical health, and mental disorders. This bicycle is named healty life bicycle (helicle). The mechanism is working of this bicycle by combining walking and cycling activities with the help of an electric motor and an efficient designed transmission system and ergonomics. Hybrid helicle treadmill is designed with combines electric bikes and treadmills for medical devices. Design of hybrid helicle treadmill bikes using software AutoDesk Inventor 2016 x64 edition. Hybrid helicle treadmill is designed with some step, the first step is study of literature, the second is formulation of the problem, the third is making frame with an software CAD, the fourth is static calculation analysis, the fifth is selection material, the sixth is planning transmission system, the seeventh is analysis results, the eighth is make a report. Design Hybrid helicle treadmill is have specification among other order dimension 748 x 559 x 690 mm, using had drive cycle brushless DC 350 W, using farewehel for reversing the rotation of the electric motor with rotation treadmill, system transmition using chains, sprocket, shaft, and gears. The analysis is could in frame using material mild steel, which one he frame is able to withstand a maximum load of 150 kg with a maximum frame tension of 49.12 N / mm2. Bikecycle is using electrik motorcyle Brush DC electric cycle with a voltage of 36 V with the transmission system is using the input shaft S45C carbon steel material with a shear stress on the shaft 1.585 kg / mm2, bending stress on the shaft at 3.17 kg / mm2, and diameter the input shaft used is 15 mm. The counter shaft is using a cold-coated steel material (S35C-D) with a shear stress value of 45.15 N / mm2, and the counter shaft is have diameter 12 mm. The roller chain is using number # 50 with a chain length that is safe to use for the construction of a helicle bicycle is 1137.76 mm. For the sprocket is using the rear sprocket numbered 28 with a distance diameter of 141.79 mm, the front sprocket (freewheel) number 15 with a diameter of 76 mm. The bearing is using type 6201 zz. The gears is using straight gears F30C material, number 38 teeth, 72 mm diameter.
