| dc.description | Pariwisata Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan selalu berbenah, dari Tahun 2017 ke 2018 jumlah wisatawan terus meningkat, dengan meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan untuk mendukung informasi dan promosi pariwisata di Kabupaten Lahat, sistem informasi yang sudah ada perlu dilengkapi. Hal ini yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk membuat sistem informasi website tempat wisata yang sedang berkembang di Kabupaten Lahat.
Pada pembuatan Sistem Informasi Website Wisata Kabupaten Lahat Sumatera Selatan, penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan CI (CodeIgniter) sebagai framework. PHP adalah bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk mengolah suatu data mengirimkannya kembali ke web browser menjadi kode HTML.
Hasil dari pengujian website wisata Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan yang telah dilakukan, dapat dilihat bahwa sistem yang telah dirancang dapat berjalan baik. Dengan sistem yang telah berjalan baik, website wisata Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan dapat membantu wisatawan dalam proses informasi wisata seperti destinasi wisata, berita, kegiatan, kuliner, kerajinan, paket wisata dan peta.
