National electricity consumption continues to increase the population in Indonesia and increase access to electricity and change people's lifestyles. Given that Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University was design as one for the green campuses by Indonesia, the Green Award in 2016 (UMY News), the first step that must be done by Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta is by lighting electronics for all of its rooms. This research was conducted in one of the buildings of the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, namely the student center (SC) and the result of analysis found that building in the SC of Muhammadiyah Yogyarkata University still use ordinary lamps, with use higher energy consumption of SC buildings, then excavated SC building. Not yet efficient because the calculation results showed that the power usage was proposed at 8335 kWh/ year and after that the results prove to be 5133,5 kWh/ year and this can support the green campus movement again for Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta.
