ANALISIS PANEL MOTOR CONTROL CENTER (MCC) UNIVERSITAS AISYIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
An industrial electric motor requires an automatic system that can help control its use, so that the use of electric power can be more effective. The system can be realized by implementing the Panel Motor Control Center (MCC). Electrical energy channeled to the load is often inappropriate, such as interference, voltage losses or a decrease in system work. This can cause harm to the system, and can cause damage to the load or electrical equipment that gets the electricity supply, this must be repeated or carried out inspection. This study examines and checks the reliability of MCC panels that function as a building protection system against fire hazards, this system is called a Hydrant panel. In this study the measurement of the frequency, voltage, Total Harmonic distortion (THD) voltage and voltage imbalances and current imbalances with good values are measured. However, for the current THD value, and the power factor still has a measurement value that is not good or out of tolerance.
