Abstract
Hospital is a health service facility that has a fairly large electricity consumption besides that electricity consumption is directly proportional to the cost of electricity usage, so it is necessary to conduct activities to make it efficient and effective because of the need for research activities called energy audits. This is seen from the quality of the power that is at the load and seen through the techno-economic analysis used
This research method uses data retrieval through measurement with a power quality measuring instrument called Power Quality and Energy Analizer METREL MI 2892. This measurement is carried out on the Low Voltage Main Distribution Panel panel on the day of work at intervals every 1 hour for 24 hours. Measurements in this study include the parameters Frequency (Hz), Voltage (Volt), Flow (Ampere), Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) Voltage (%), Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) Flow (%), Real Power (kW), Power Pseudo (kVA), Reactive Power (kVAR), Power Factor, Unbalanced Voltage (%), and Unbalanced Current (%), and techno-economic analysis seen from Cash Flow, Cash Outflow, Net Cash Flow, Present Worth Value, and Net Present Value.
The measurement results show that there are problems with unbalanced minimum and maximum currents that there are current flow in netral phase , Total Harmonic Voltage (THD) Minimum and maximum voltage that exceeds the standard limits specified by IEEE 519-1992, Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) Maximum current that exceeds the standard limit determined by IEEE 519-1992, and Unbalanced Voltage maximally exceeds the limit specified by ANSI C84,1-1995. So that the problem needs to be handled by installing a Passive Filter Single Tuned with an investment plan of 10 years. Investment results seen in terms of techno-economics cannot be said to be feasible because the Net Present Value has not reached more than 1, so the investment is not feasible to continue.
