| dc.description | Pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang
signifikan. Fakta tersebut tercemin dari meningkatnya pembangunan baik di sektor
jalan ataupun fasilitas infrastruktur lainnya. Suatu proyek yang dikerjakan akan selalu
memiliki resiko yang tinggi, resiko yang tinggi tersebutlah yang dijadikan dasar
mengapa suatu perencanaan dan pelaksanaan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan proyek
Pembangunan Peningkatan Jalan Simpang Kabu Danau Raya Simpang 5 Nimbung di
Sumatra selatan harus dilakukan secara tepat dan hati-hati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
adalah membandingkan antara duarsi dan biaya proyek normal dengan durasi dan
biaya akibat penambahan jam kerja dan alat berat dengan Metode Duration and Cost
Trade Off. Dari penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk
penambahan jam kerja (lembur) selama 1 jam lebih rendah dari harga normal yaitu
sebesar Rp. 24.357.189.241,49 dengan percepatan durasi 152 hari, untuk biaya
penambahan jam kerja (lembur) selama 2 jam adalah Rp. 24.343.782.305,97 dengan
percepatan durasi 141 hari, dari untuk biaya penambahan kerja (lembur) 3 jam adalah
Rp. 24.174.857.220,56 dengan percepatan durasi 128 hari. Untuk penambahan tenaga
kerja / alat berat selama 1 jam biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 24.250.867.151,06
dengan percepatan durasi 152 hari, untuk penambahan tenaga kerja / alat berat selama
2 jam biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp24.136.016.372,69 dengan percepatan durasi
141 hari, dan untuk penambahan tenaga kerja/ alat berat selama 3 jam biaya yang
dibutuhkan sebesar Rp24.002.792.329,40 dengan durasi percepatan 128 hari. Dapat
disimpulkan bahwa percepatan durasi proyek dengan penambahan jam kerja (lembur)
atau penambahan tenaga kerja / alat berat lebih efektif dan efisien dalam segi biaya dan
durasi dibandingkan dengan biaya dan durasi normal proyek. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Infrastructure development in Indonesia has experienced a significant
development. This fact is reflected in the increasing development both in the road
sector and other infrastructure facilities. A project that is carried out will always have
a high risk, this high risk is the basis of why a planning and implementation in the
completion of the project work Development of the Improvement of Simpang Kabu
Danau Raya Cross 5 Nimbung Road in southern Sumatra must be carried out properly
and carefully. The purpose of this study is to compare the duration and cost of normal
projects with duration and costs due to additional working hours and heavy equipment

acceleration of the duration of the project with the addition of working hours
