ANALISA PENGENDALIAN DURASI DAN BIAYA KONSTRUKSI PEKERJAAN JALAN DI SUMATRA SELATAN DENGAN METODE DURATION AND COST TRADE OFF
Abstract
Infrastructure development in Indonesia has experienced a significant
development. This fact is reflected in the increasing development both in the road
sector and other infrastructure facilities. A project that is carried out will always have
a high risk, this high risk is the basis of why a planning and implementation in the
completion of the project work Development of the Improvement of Simpang Kabu
Danau Raya Cross 5 Nimbung Road in southern Sumatra must be carried out properly
and carefully. The purpose of this study is to compare the duration and cost of normal
projects with duration and costs due to additional working hours and heavy equipment
capacity with Duration and Cost Trade Off Method. From the study shows that the
costs incurred for the addition of working hours (overduration) for 1 hour is lower than
the normal price of Rp. 24,357,189,241.49 with an acceleration of 152 days, for the
cost of additional working hours (overduration) for 2 hours is Rp. 24,343,782,305.97
with an duration of 141 days, for the cost of additional work (overduration) 3 hours is
Rp. 24,174,857,220.56 with a duration of 128 days acceleration. And while for the
addition of labor / heavy equipment for 1 hour the cost of Rp. 24,250,887,151.06 with
an acceleration of 152 days, for the addition of labor / heavy equipment for 2 hours the
costs incurred were Rp. 24,136,016,372.69 with an acceleration duration of 141 days,
and for the addition of labor / heavy equipment for 3 hours. the amount needed is Rp.
24,002,792,329.40 with a duration of 128 days. It can be concluded that the
acceleration of the duration of the project with the addition of working hours
(overduration) or the addition of labor / heavy equipment is more effective and efficient
in terms of cost and duration compared to the normal costs and duration of the project.
