      Abstract
      This study aims to determine the empowerment carried out by Micro Waqf Bank Almuna Berkah Mandiri for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). This type of research is a descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment carried out by Micro Waqf Bank Almuna Berkah Mandiri includes three processes. The first is the enabling process, which is conducting socialization to UMKM surrounding the Islamic boarding schools. Second, it is the empowerment process, which is providing financing without collateral with the financing contract of Qard and Murabahah. Third, it is the protection process, which is to assist in the form of business development, household economic management, and religious education conducted through Halmi and also training. The existence of Micro Waqf Bank Almuna Berkah Mandiri has a positive impact on UMKM surrounding the Islamic boarding schools, namely increasing income, increasing knowledge, and increasing religious understanding.
