dc.descriptionThe purpose of study is to examine (1) the influence of firm size to executive compensation, (2) the influence of corporate performance to executive compensation, (3) the influence of corporate governance to executive compensation. This study uses empirical studies on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015-2017. In this study there were 125 samples of 42 companies. The data analysis tool used in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 15. Based on the results of the study showed that (1) Company size has an influence on Executive Compensation, (2) Company Performance is cann’t influence on Executive Compensation, (3) Corporate Governance is cann’t influence on Executive Compensationen_US
