| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengapa kesadaran pendidikan di Desa Ciasem Hilir masih kurang dan bagaimana cara meningkatkan kesadaran pendidikan tersebut.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berbasis lapangan atau field research. Data dari penelitian ini akan diperoleh melalui metode observasi, wawancara secara langsung, serta dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, maka peneliti akan menganalisis mengunakan metode analisis miles huberman.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada empat faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat Desa Ciasem Hilir yaitu faktor ekonomi, budaya, lingkungan serta pola pikir/ mindset. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pendidikan di Desa Ciasem Hilir peran dari Sumber Daya Manusia baik dari individu maupun pemerintah sangat penting. Oleh sebab itu, tugas pemerintah setempat untuk membentuk karakter masyarakat yang sadar akan ilmu pengetahuan adalah dengan menggalakkan penyuluhan rutin baik secara langsung pada masyarakat atau melalui lembaga pendidikan formal agar pemikirian mengenai pentingnya pendidikan dapat tertanam. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The research aimed at studying the low awareness of the community of Desa Ciasem Hilir toward education and ways to improve it. The type of the research is fieldwork-based qualitative. The data are collected through observation, direct interview, and documentation. The data are analysed using Miles Huberman analysis method.
The research result indicates that there are four factors which cause the low awareness of Desa Ciasem Hilir community toward education, namely economy, culture, environment, and mindset. The role of Human Resources, both of individuals and the government are very important to improve the education awareness of Desa Ciasem Hilir community. Therefore, the duty of the local government to develop the community character which is aware of the importance of knowledge is by holding intensive socialization both through direct approach to community and through formal education institution in order to introduce the importance of education to the community. | en_US |
