This research discusses about the role of Bali Process cooperation framework for irregular migrant in Indonesia 2013-2017. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of Bali Process and the obstacles in dealing with Indonesia's problems as a transit country for irregular migrants. Based on the research that has been done, researcher found that the role of Bali Process in dealing with irregular migrants in Indonesia are hold ministerial meetings and workshops related to irregular migrants. There are two inhibiting factors for the Bali Process in dealing with irregular migrants that are non-binding cooperation and lack of coordination between members of Bali Process.
