This Thesis explains about how the strategies of DPMPTSP Southeast Sulawesi Province attract foreign investment. Meanwhile, Southeast Sulawesi Province has many investment opportunities for regional economic growth which is has potential natural resources such as mining resources. Besides, Southeast Sulawesi Province has its own obstacles such as Bureucracy, Infrastructure and Human Resources. Using the theory of International Corporation and the Concept of Investment, Southeast Sulawesi Province by DPMPTSP as a coordinating committee for investment activities can estabilish cooperation with foreign company for regional economic growth in various ways such as promoting the foreignt investment opporuities and improving public services.
