This study aims to answer the quetion of “Why the Turkish Government even in domestic country have many political problems that assiting Syrian refugees?” with the spotlight 2011 until 2018. To answer that quetion, this study uses the theory National Interest, the concpets uses foreign policy and Humanitarian Law. The Study argues the Turkish government take humanitarian assitance for Syrian refugees, with consider emphasizing domestic security and the influence of Turkey's position in the Middle East region and Turkey want to Turkey wants to enhance the image of Turkey in international views by conducting humanitarian assistance.
